2024 Contribution Letter

This year’s Valley Park Safety Fair, in memory of Casey Williamson, is scheduled for

Saturday, July 13, 2024, 9:30am -1:30pm in the Valley Park Field House. Our partnership with Valley Park School District continues and we are working closely with the Early Childhood and Parents as Teachers programs.

At our event, the goal is to empower children through knowledge. We have a variety of organizations that teach safety skills on topics including bike safety, water safety, fire safety, car seat safety, and personal safety. MoChip, or the Missouri Child Identification Program, will be on hand to assist parents with a child ID kit that is designed for compatibility with law enforcement software. Also included will be grief support, dental health, nutrition, and more.

In order to keep things fun, we balance the day with activities such as face painting, carnival type games, and even a free lunch. All of this is achieved through donations, therefore, I am reaching out to see if you could help us make this day possible.

This event is organized by “The Casey Williamson Memorial Foundation, Inc” and I am happy to announce that this year we have secured our Nonprofit Corporation status through the state of Missouri! Our process to become a 501c3 is underway.
